Projects
Residential terraces, society common areas, commercial rooftops and hybrid backup systems — a look at the kind of work we do and how each project runs.
Selected work
A sample of the system types we design and commission. Site names and photographs are published only with the customer's written permission, so some entries are described without identifying details.
Residential
Elevated structure over an in-use terrace so the drying area stayed free, with the array shifted east to clear the adjacent tower's afternoon shadow.
Housing society
Sized against lift, pump and lobby consumption so the society's own bill dropped from the first cycle, with no changes to individual flat meters.
Residential
Load profile showed heavy daytime consumption, so the design prioritised self-consumption over export — export credits at APPC are worth roughly a third of the retail tariff saved.
Commercial
Daytime operating hours matched generation almost unit for unit, so nearly everything produced was consumed at the commercial tariff rather than exported.
Hybrid
Lithium bank sized for lights, fans, fridge and router only. The customer wanted outage continuity, not a diesel generator on the terrace.
Maintenance
A system installed by another vendor was generating well below its design estimate. Cleaning, a string fault and an inverter setting accounted for most of the gap.
What a project involves
Usable area, structural feasibility, shadow mapped through the day, six months of bills reviewed.
Single-line diagram, panel layout, generation estimate with stated assumptions, one written price.
Portal application and technical feasibility with Adani, Tata Power, BEST or MSEDCL.
Structure, modules, inverter, earthing, lightning arrestor and SPDs. Two to four days on a residential roof.
Commissioning report, DISCOM inspection, bidirectional meter installed and verified against export.
DBT subsidy claim followed to credit, monitoring app handed over, first cleaning scheduled.
Send your last electricity bill and building address. You get a shadow-aware system size, a fixed price and a subsidy figure — not a phone estimate.
